Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my schedule and other clients seeking appointments, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service time or reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
• Package sessions and prepaid services will forfeit one session for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
